Delicious used almond milk... so there was no need of any synthetic essence.. was creamy and just simply yumm! thank you

I never knew cauliflower can be used to make so delicious soup.. This soup has a perfect creamy texture and perfect taste of cauliflower. Almond essence gives it the almond flavour, but if you don't have that you can add some almond slivers to it. The soup tastes delicious even without the almond essence. Make sure you add salt and pepper in proper quantities because it is 1 of the main ingredients to get the perfect taste.
