hello mam... I always refer to all your recipes mostly. n thanks for it... but in Pizza wat can we use instead of cheese... bcoz we are Jain we don''t have cheese..

Tarla Dalal Hi Sonali, Make them on a non stick pan on a very slow flame and sue ghee for cooking.

Worth The effort!!! If you have some time in hand and are willing to eat an homemade pizza then this one is really good. Just need to eat it hot as once its cold the base gets a bit elastic as its made from maida. Very tasty...
