I thought Tarla Dalal was completely vegetarian.She never gave recipes of egg and meat.Why the sudden change?? Can there be a vegetarian french toast??

Tarla Dalal    Hi Uma, we are certainly Vegetarian but we do use eggs. Most of our recipes are eggless though. This is the traditional way French Toast is made and egg is also the binder. We have not tried the Eggless option here. Thanks for your comment.

I never thought a small twist of cardamom can add so much flavour and zing to the french toast... Yummy and flavorsome .....
