This recipe made a nice, light broth. It had an almost creamy, rich l, but light feel to it. I used carrots, nearly sprouted broccoli, and garlic from my garden; celery and onion from the farmer''s market. Thank you for the recipe.

This is a very simple broth with a healthy mix of veggies and also quick to prepare. This was a perfect remedy for my sore throat and cold problems.

A very simple soup which is 10/10 in taste and look without any use of vegetable stock. Pepper powder gives it a flavourful perk. Its a soothing soup during cold and cough too.

Nice clear soup with broccoli, carrots, and celery. Love having the soup broth with the sliced onions as it has a nice subtle flavor.
