Wow the veggies lend a great mouth feel and taste to these chillas. And this is so so quick. The best thing is even if 2 people want to sit togather for dinner, this is really useful. 3 pancakes can be cooked at timeand that too in just 2 minutes.

This recipe is quick and easy.. literally cooks in 1 min or less. However chilas made on tava cannot be beat:).
