I followed your recipe but when we ate, it was like there was ice. Why this happened?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, Make sure wen you semi set it.. churn it really well in the mixer till smooth.. if it is not blended well.. there will be ice crystals.. and also remember to cover it really well.. and then freeze it.
