Followed the recipe exactly as it said Cheesecake didn’t set at all despite keeping in oven nearly two hrs. Had to reduce heat as was browning all over the surface. Turned to be a waste of ingredients and my hard work. Not impressed at all. :-(

Can we bake it in a microwave convection oven? If yes, at what temperature?

Tarla Dalal    This recipe requires a loose bottom cake tin and such a microwave friendly tin is not available in the market and so this cheesecake cannot be made in a microwave.
