Thank you mam for good knowledge about Glycemic Index And Glycemic Load. We never know how wrong counts of GI & GL will make us unhealthy. It is noticed that lots of other nutrient information can be achieved here on www.tarladalal.com through their articles. Awaiting for many more nutritional information......
