Just tried them replaced sugar with equal amount of jaggery. They are awesome. Soft and not dense at all

I liked it since it was easy. But while I had pre heated the oven I still had to bake it for 20 min then another 5 and then another 5 at 200deg.. So is there anything I hv done wrong. And it was on the middle shelf
