I made the Amla murrabho. Came out perfect. And it’s the Very First time I’ve made it. And so happy with it! Very easy step by step recipe Really helped. Thank You So much. ❤️🙏

Amla murabba turns out very tasty. I prepared with sugar. Now I wish to make it with jaggery. Should I add cardamom and saffron or anything else? Please suggest.

Tarla Dalal    You can add cardamom powder, but the flavour of jaggery might mask the flavour of saffron.

Tarla Dalal    No, some amounts if vitamin C is lost on cooking amla. Moreover, this recipe has good quantity if sugar too.
