I have yet to make the recipe. I am wandering if substituting almond milk from cow''s milk also render a chewy result?

I tried and came out well. But the mixture is bit dry. I melt some butter and added with the mixture. Could u pls advise why its dry and what to do to get the perfect mixture. I followed the recipe n the measure are almost same.

Almond Biscuits.. simple recipe.. easy to make.. the almond powder gives a nice rich taste to the biscuits. I have made this in 2 batches and stored it. This is best during tea time..
