Hello madam, what is the fermenting time ?overnight or two hours.. That bit seems unclear.

We loved this healthy dosa so much that its part of our office snack served to all every Thursday evening at 4 pm.

I was always looking for a recipe to cut the rice level of dosa down and this is the perfect solution for a healthy dosa. Have it often for breakfast and my daughters also love this.

4 attho ka dosa khane bhi tasty aur energy se mallamal hai... parivaar me sabhi ne ise pasand kiya. Ye dosa naste me fit hai. Dhneyawad tarla Ji.

4 flour dosa, this recipe is just so yumm, tasty which includes different kinds of flour, with right propotion of urad dal. No one can tel there is so many flours in it. I have loved this recipe so much that i have started making this very often.
