To make cold coffee, combine the coffee powder with 2 tbsp of lukewarm water in a small bowl, mix well and keep aside. Tetra pack full fat milk is preferred. 4. If you want the cold coffee more creamy then use vanilla ice cream also while blending it but make sure you reduce the sugar a little as vanilla ice-cream already has sugar. 5. If you are in a hurry and do not have powdered sugar , you can sue regular sugar but remember it will take little longer to blend. 6. Always blend and serve immediately so you always have the froth.

what is cold coffee made of ? cold coffee made 4 tbsp instant coffee powder, 4 cups chilled full-fat milk, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 5 to 6 ice-cubes, chocolate sauce for decoration and 4 tsp chocolate sauce.

Take a chopping board and roughly chop the dark chocolate using a sharp knife.

Place the roughly chopped chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. We have used approximately ¾ cup of dark chocolate.

Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Mix it well till there are no lumps using a spoon.

Q. Can I reduce the proportion of coffee pwoder since I like light coffee?
A Making of cold coffee is very easy and simple to make, but the proportion of coffee and sugar to milk is very important, so we suggest you try this proprtiom of cold coffee recipe. However if you wish you can reduce the coffee powder to 3 tbsp.
