Ingredients
Main Recipe
1/2 cup onion , quatered
1 cup roughly chopped carrot
2 stalks celery (ajmoda) , roughly chopped
3 to 4 coriander (dhania) stems
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a large pan and add 6 cups of water.
 - Bring to a boil and then lower the heat.
 - Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes till the vegetables have released their flavours.
 - Cool, stain and keep aside.

Flavourful stock which can be used in making many soup recipes...I made one Salsa Bean soup using this stock and made cutlets using leftover veggies...so no wastage!!
