Made with an ideal mix of fresh cream and milk, this will be the best Chocolate Ice-Cream you have ever tasted. So fantastic that you would consider it much better than even store-bought ice-cream. The lingering taste of dark chocolate laced with hints of vanilla is truly memorable, and will remain in your palate for long after the bowl is empty!

Tarla Dalal    We recommend following the above recipe with only fresh cream. Whipped cream is best used in cakes and pastries.

Can I use an airtight container to freeze the icecream instead of an aluminium?

Tarla Dalal    We suggest an aluminium container with a foil, as the ice cream sets well in it. However if you wish you can try an air-tight container.
