In this Street style Chinese Maggi noodles, the maggi noodles are cooked separately and then laced with Schezwan sauce, perked up with maggi tastemaker and made more appealing by the addition of colourful bell pepper! Red chilli sauce and green chillies further adds the necessary spice, while the vinegar lends a slight sour taste.
This spicy Chinese style maggi needs no accompaniment. It will surely break all bounds of self-control. Sometimes, everybody deserves a treat – so simply sit back and indulge in this unique creation!

For chinese maggi- To make chinese maggi, heat 2 cups water in a deep pan, add the maggi noodles and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till the noodles are soft.
- Drain well. Refresh with cold water.
- Transfer to a plate, put ½ tsp of oil and toss well. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic, green chillies and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the capsicum and carrot and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the schezuan sauce, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
- Add the maggi noodles, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, maggie tastemaker, vinegar and salt and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Serve the chinese maggi immediately garnished with spring onion greens.

What is chinese Maggi made of ? chinese Maggi is made from 2 packets maggi noodles, 2 packets Maggi tastemaker, 3 tbsp oil, 2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun), 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies, 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions, 1/2 cup thinly sliced coloured capsicum, 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrot, 2 tbsp schezwan sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, 4 tsp red chilli sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, salt to taste and 1/2 tsp oil for coating.
