For Banana Oats Smoothie
1 cup chilled and roughly chopped bananas
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup chilled unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
16 ice-cubes

Method

For banana oats smoothie

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}banana oats smoothie{/span}, add the oats in a mixer and blend to a fine powder.
  2. Add almond milk, bananas, vanilla essence and ice-cubes and blend till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
