Ingredients
For the paneer mixture
- 225 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
- 2 chopped green chillies
- salt to taste
For the green peas mixture
- 450 gms green peas
- 3 chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ghee
- salt to taste
To be ground into a paste
(For the green peas mixture)
- 6 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
- 25 mm. cloves garlic (lehsun)
- 8 fresh red chilli
- 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut (kaju)
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)
- 2 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
For the white sauce
- 1 tbsp levelled, plain flour (maida)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
