This recipe is really healthy and so easy....lovely starter for weight watchers!!

Oats and Moong Dal combine to make a delicious healthy starter. Oats is high in complex carbs and gives a nice body to the thick and round tikki. Adding curds into the mixture reduces the spice level of the tikki . Serve with chilled low fat curds.
