- 3 cups grated raw papaya
- 1 quatered and sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chawli (cow pea, lobhia) , finely sliced
- 3 to 4 crushed green chillies
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts crushed
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp tamarind (imli) pulp
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
- salt to taste
