1/2 cup low fat paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp low-fat milk , 99.7% fat-free
1 tsp sugar substitute
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  1. Slit the lychees horizontally and carefully deseed the lychees.
  2. Stuff each deseeded lychee with a tsp of the filling and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve chilled.
