Ingredients
Main Recipe
- 3/4 cup chopped and blanched spinach (palak)
- 1/2 cup chopped and boiled french beans
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
- 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
- 2 tsp lemon
- 1/4 tsp pomegranate (anardana) powder
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Main procedure
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, pour the dressing and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
