Method

For spicy vegetable pulao
 

  1. To make spicy vegetable pulao, heat the ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add the prepared paste and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables, green peas, salt and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the rice and deep-fried onions, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve the spicy vegetable pulao hot garnished with deep-fried onions and coriander.
