Introduction of Dairy Products in Jaundice
In the first week of the disease, it is good to avoid milk since it is difficult to digest than strained juices and thin soups.
Passed a week after diagnosis, depending on the severity of the condition, porridge using skim milk or low fat milk can be introduced once a day. Check by having a small quantity. If you have digestion problems, then discontinue it. If you can digest, continue it for a few days and gradually introduce full fat milk.

- No tea and coffee please.
- Alcochol and carbonated beverages are your enemy. Stay away from them.
- Kick off refined carbs like maida, bread and pasta.
- Manage without packaged and canned foods.
- No foods with preservatives also.
