Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 4 cups nacho chips or tortilla chips (corn chips)
For The Stir-fry
- 1/2 cup onion , sliced
- 1/2 cup capsicum , chopped
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cabbage
- 1/4 cup baked beans (canned)

1 recipe salsa , see below
- 1/4 cup grated processed cheese
- 3 to 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and to taste
To Be Mixed Into A Salsa
- 1/2 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomato
- 1 spring onion , finely chopped
- 1 large garlic (lehsun) cloves , finely chopped
- 1 jalapenos , sliced (optional)
- 1 green chilli , finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
- salt and to taste
For The Garnish
- 2 spring onions , chopped
Method
- Heat the butter and sauté the onions till they are translucent.
- Add the capsicum and cabbage and sauté for 2 to 3 more minutes.
- Add the baked beans and salsa and mix well. Cook for 1 to 2 more minutes.
- Add the cheese, milk, salt and pepper and bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
- Place the tortilla chips in a large serving bowl and pour the prepared stir-fry over it. Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately.
