Main procedure- Drain the soaked moong dal and cook it till it is just done. Drain and cool.
- Add the chopped fenugreek leaves, green chillies, cucumber, lemon juice, sugar and salt and toss well.
- Sprinkle the grated coconut and coriander on top while serving.
