Ingredients
Main Recipe
- 1 cup papaya balls (preferably the red variety)
- 1 1/2 cups muskmelon (kharbooja) balls scoops
- 1 1/2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) balls
To be blended into a honey-ginger dressing
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp ginger (adrak) juice
- 1/4 tsp crushed freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
- salt to taste
For the garnish

Main Procedure
- Arrange the scooped fruits in a bowl, pour the dressing and toss gently.
- Refrigerate till chill and serve garnished with mint sprigs.
