On a hot, really sweltering day, there are two temptations that one cannot resist – one is the all-time favourite ice-cream, and the other is a tingling lemon soda.
Let’s bring both together and create something that you will want to try immediately! Lemon Ice-Cream Soda combines the cool lusciousness of ice-cream with the peppy flavour of lemon, to give you an instant refresher.
Make sure the soda is super chilled so that the ice-cream soda remains chill after mixing. Serve it immediately after preparation, when the soda’s fizz is in full blast. A sip is all you need to energize your senses!

Method- Combine the lemon juice, sugar and soda in a deep bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
- Put one scoop of the ice-cream into a serving glass.
- Pour ½ cup of the prepared lemon soda mixture in the glass.
- Repeat step 2 and 3 to make 3 more glasses
- Serve immediately.
