For jhal muri masala- To make jhal muri masala, dry roast jeera, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper, cloves, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon stick, whole dry kashmiri red chillies on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
