1/2 cup deseeded and finely chopped ripe black jamuns
1 cup whisked low fat curds
salt to taste
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

a sprig of coriander (dhania)

  1. To make jamun raita, combine the curds, jamuns, salt, cumin seeds powder and coriander in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
