Ingredients

1 cup (approx. 8 to 10) baby potatoes
2 tsp dill leaves (shepu / suva bhaji)
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp grated mozzrella cheese
2 tsp butter
salt and to taste
Method
    Main procedure
  1. Wash the baby potatoes and pierce them gently with a fork.
  2. Place the potatoes in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove and allow the potatoes to stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Cut each potato into 2 and keep aside.
  4. In another microwave safe bowl, mix together the butter, dill and parsley and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the potatoes, salt and pepper and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese and microwave on high for 45 seconds.
  7. Serve hot.

Tips
  1. While cooking potatoes, it is advisable to place a small bowl of water along with potatoes in microwave, in order to prevent potatoes from drying out
