  1. In an microwave safe bowl combine the oil, onions, ginger, garlic together and mix well. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  2. Add the capsicum, green chillies, turmeric powder and black salt and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the paneer, coriander, mint, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  4. Serve the herb paneer topped on baked papdis or toasted bread slices, garnished with chopped coriander.
