Ingredients

For Dahi Ke Sholay
10 bread slices
1 cup hung curd (dahi)
1/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp finely chopped carrot
3 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp powdered sugar
1/8 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
oil for frying

For Serving
green chutney
tomato ketchup
Method

For dahi ke sholay

    For dahi ke sholay
  1. To make dahi ke sholay recipe, in a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients except bread slices. Mix well to make the dahi mixture.
  2. Cut the sides of the bread slices and place a slice of the bread on the bread plastic paper.
  3. Apply little water on the bread slice and place 2 tbsp of dahi mixture.
  4. Now roll the butter paper while rolling the bread placed inside it and press on both the side to make dahi ke sholey.
  5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to make remaining 9 dahi ke sholay.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan, and deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown and crisp.
  7. Drain on an absorbent paper. Cut each kebab diagonally into two.
  8. Serve dahi ke sholay recipe hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
