Corn frittters are made of 2 cups coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane), 1 1/2 cups boiled , peeled and mashed potatoes, 3 bread slices, 2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste, 1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania), a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi), 2 tsp lemon juice and salt to taste, cornflour for rolling, bread crumbs for rolling, oil for deep-frying and chaat masala for sprinkling.

For the dip 3/4 cup thick curds (dahi), 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum, 1/4 tsp ginger (adrak) paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and salt to taste. See below image of List of ingredients for Corn frittters.

To make fresh bread crumbs, place the bread slices on a clean, dry surface. We have used 3 bread slices. Remove the brown crust of the bread slices carefully with a knife and discard the crusts.

Tear the bread slices with your hands. The process of grinding becomes easy if you tear the bread slices.
