Tomato salsa can be easily made at home and corn chips are readily available in the market- so this becomes a snack that you can put together in a jiffy. A healthy and filling treat for kids-they will also enjoy its tangy flavour.
For the salsa- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
How to proceed- Just before serving, mash the salsa slightly to make it like a sauce.
- Serve the chilled salsa surrounded with corn chips.
