Ingredients
For The Salsa (makes 1 1/2 Cups)
- 1 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup finely chopped chopped spring onions (including the greens)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- salt to taste
Other Ingredients
- 32 nacho chips or tortilla chips (readily available in the market)
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Just before serving, mash the salsa slightly to make it like a sauce.
- Serve the chilled salsa surrounded with corn chips.
