Ingredients


For Chocolate Milkshake
1 1/2 cups chilled milk
1/2 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup chocolate ice cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

Method

For chocolate milkshake
  1. To make {span class="bold1"}chocolate milkshake{/span}, combine the chocolate and 2 tbsp of milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Remove from the microwave, mix gently till no lumps remain.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well till smooth.
  4. Pour {span class="bold1"}chocolate milkshake{/span} into 2 individual glasses and serve chilled.
