For chilli garlic paneer- To make chilli garlic paneer, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the red chilli-garlic paste and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
- Add the spring onions whites and greens and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the paneer cubes, salt and chilli flakes, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve the chilli garlic paneer immediately garnished with black sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
