  1. To make cheesy pav, cut each ladi pav into 9 pieces each using a sharp knife.

  2. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the pav pieces and sauté on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes or till crisp.

  3. Add the mixed herbs and chilli flakes and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

  4. Pour the prepared dip evenly over it and finally sprinkle cheese, cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

  5. Serve the cheesy pav immediately.
