For chai ka masala- To make chai ka masala , combine the cloves, cardamom, black peppercorns and cinnamon in a broad non-stick pan and dry roast on a medium flame for 1 minute.

To make Chai ka Masala, heat a broad non-stick pan on a medium flame. When the pan is hot enough, add the cloves.

Now, add the cardamom.

Also add the black peppercorns.
