For bhapa doi- To make bhapa doi, combine the condensed milk , curds and cornflour in a bowl and whisk well till no lumps remain.

Method to make healthy bhapa doi.

Combine the milk and sugar in a deep non-stick pan, mix well and boil on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Cool slightly for approx. 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Combine the curds and cardamom powder in a deep bowl and whisk well.

Pour the milk-sugar mixture in it and whisk very well.
