For aloo roti taco on tava- To make aloo taco on tava, place a roti on a clean, dry surface.
- Apply 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and ½ tbsp green chutney on the roti.
- Arrange ¼ cup of potato mixed on half of the roti.
- Put 1 tbsp of cheese and fold the roti to make semi-circle.
- Repeat steps 1 to 4 to make remaining 7 aloo tacos.
- Heat a non-stick pan, grease with little butter, place 2 tacos at a time.

aloo roti tacos on tava recipe | Indian style crispy potato tacos | potato sweet corn tacos | is made using easily available ingredients in India: 8 leftover rotis, 6 tbsp butter for cooking, 8 tbsp tomato ketchup, 4 tbsp green chutney and ½ cup diced mozzarella cheese. For the aloo stuffing (to be mixed into stuffing): 2 cup boiled and grated potatoes, ½ cup boiled sweet corns, ½ cup finely chopped coloured capsicum, 1 tsp chilli flakes, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander and Salt to taste.
