Rice paratha is an innovative recipe of stuffing leftover cooked rice in parathas. The rice filled rotis or parathas have been seasoned aptly to suit every palate.
Method- Sprinkle water in the rice flour and steam the flour in idli steamer.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and knead into a stiff dough.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
- Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
