Tips:<>1.a raita with high protein value. <><>2.an ideal accomplishment for parathas and pulav.<><>3.onion can be added raw also, without frying but it will become watery on standing.
if you don't like the raw smell of sprouted green gram dal, it can be steamed
for 5 minutes and used.

To sprout moong dal, soak overnight in sufficient water. drain and tie in a muslin cloth for 6 hrs. sprinkle water and store in a zip lock cover to use whenever required. this can be stored upto one week.

also you can add a little tadka to this recipe and use as a side dish for rotis. but be ....
