Nutritious khakhras which can be made at home. Sesame seeds give a very good crunch and taste to these khakhras. I often carry them in dabba to work. Go healthy with this healthy snack.

A very simple recipe with the use of minimal ingredients like ginger green chilli paste, garlic paste and fenugreek leaves for added flavour. All you have to do it soak the chola dal, grind it and make hot pudlas for your loved ones.

I had always tried pastas in cheese sauce and tomato sauce. But i was glad to try this recipe with spinach sauce. This is a good way of adding iron and vitamin E to our diet. Also the recipe is made in minimal oil and minimal cheese and thus not too high in fat too.

A variation to Bengali aloo poshto using turai...however i loved this variation as much as with potatoes. I made the subzi in mustard oil for that true Bengali touch.
