I love trying different recipes....The muskmelon dressing sounded healthy and interesting and thus tried my hand on it. To my surprise this turned out fantastic and I would say this great way to incorporate Vitamin A rich muskmelon along with iron rich bean sprouts and greens to our diet.

The lemony honey dressing goes very well with the watermelon...the olives and mint add a great contrasting flavours to it. My kid finished a bowlful of this salad in no time... do try it!!

A truly Italian flavoured soup with tinges of chilli flakes and oregano. I would say that this soup is best made only with vegetable stock than water....And its quick too....try it !
