Ice creams are loved by one and all. Easy to prepare and delicious ice-cream with fresh chosen flavor and creamy texture is an easy recipe which can be prepared at home.

Ice Cream By phoolse recipe - How to make Ice Cream By phoolse

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     4

Ingredients

2 cups regular milk
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
2 cups half and half milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 cups whipped cream
Method


  1. - warm up all the milk until it rises
  2. - put in container that comes with ice cream machine
  3. - add sugar and vanilla
  4. - add whichever ingredients you want such as : badam pista , mango raas, etc..
  5. -cool in refridgerator overnight
  6. - put in ice cream maker in a cool area for about an hour and a half
