Ingredients

1 3/4 cups besan (Bengal gram flour), sieved
2 1/2 cups sugar
450 gms ghee
2 tbsp horlicks
Method


  1. Mix sugar with one glass of water
  2. When sugar dissolves add gram flour little by little mix well,[do it in low flame co''''z it form balls].
  3. Make a smooth paste.
  4. Add ghee little by little,keep on stirring tillit comes to the halwa consistency.
  5. At last sprinkle horlicks, mix well,and pour in a ghee coated square plate.
  6. Leave it aside for 4 hours and thenmake slices.ready to serve.
