Hi Mam, For how long these nachos chips can be stored ? And when should we sprinkle the masala ? Just after taking out nachos from fry pan or after gets cold ? Regards

Tarla Dalal    Hi Vikaas, These can be made and stored in an air-tight container for atleast 7 days. What masala do you wish to sprinkle?? dry masala then do it immediately once they have been fried so they stick well to the chips.
