What is substitute for agar agar and gelatin? Can we use rice flour?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, No rice flour cannot be used. You can add 1 1/2 tbsp of cornflour to the mixture by dissolving in little cold milk and then adding to the hot milk gradually and cooking it till thick and then pour it in the moulds and allow it to set.. serve chilled..
