Hi maam, i dont have oven, how can we cool this on gas stove?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Ruchi, Heat a non-stick tava (griddle), grease it using butter, place a bread slice on it and cook till it turns light brown in colour from both the sides. Place a portion of the mixture evenly over it, cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
